sun_set_bravelyAfter my earlier post about commercials, I've seen the NEW JC Penney Dumb-Dad ad three times. This time, the father is black. Good to know that JC Penney's portrayal of incompetent fathers isn't limited to white dads.
All right. I want to write an angry letter to JC Penney, Inc. Who is the best person to contact? I've looked at their website, and so far, I can only find an address for a person in charge of the Community Relations and Contributions. Where can I be heard?
