If I walk up and down the stairs once, my nasal congestion clears up.

Will someone remind me of this when I wake up tonight, gasping for breath through my mouth?

An old humidifier

When I was a kid, a huge old humidifier, which steamed up a giant tank of water into steam, served to ward off the disabilities of which you complain. Steamy. Also Hall's mentholyptus! Great stuff! simply great.
I hope you soon feel better. It comes from living outside Texas.

All of the above cause sleepytimes congestion for me, though in this humidity your Houstonized lungs may be very much in their element.

D) How did you know about the Snot Fairy? She's my favorite. You leave snot under your pillow and you get a quarter. Amazing exchange! Perhaps she and the Tooth Fairy are in cahoots, building their retirement castle somewhere in the sky.
