* Eating ice cream with my excellent-funny roommate on the windowsill of the Public Theatre, watching the New York crazies wheel and then walk by
* Tree that has burst into green blossoms outside my window
* Excedrin
* HTML classes
* June 16th -- I'll see the finished Millenium Garden in Lancaster, UK, in which I pulled brambles and stinging nettles for a month in 2000
* Skirts
* Fort Greene house tour on May 5th
* Weekend visitor from Boston that means I will see NYC through an outsiders' eyes
* "Thank You God For Sending Me the F Train"
* Fountain pen
* Dog that is such a diva that he has to be carried upstairs in the heat
* Orchid cactus
* In passing moments, I understand that humans have been killing each other since the dawn of time, it's not a new thing, it's not a good thing, and it's not my fault, and the best thing I can do is talk to other people and love and teach and love and go to other countries and be a not-Stupid American and grow my world, and love.

Date: 2002-04-22 06:47 am (UTC)oh- i didn't tell you i almost clocked a guy yesterday, he ran up on me really fast, really close and if i had faster reflexes it could've been ugly. i didn't even know it, but i had my fist in the air as swooshed pass. oops.
