All My Exes Live in Texas

sun_set_bravelyThere was time when this was true for me, but alas, I think they've moved farther afield now.
My roommate had class until 10 tonight, and I managed to get out of work by 5:30, so I had four whole hours to myself tonight! I had some beans, rice, and cheese in a couple of tortillas, watched some ridiculous "Unsolved Mysteries" and was fairly spooked, wandered around talking to myself (one of my favorite past-times, when alone), and then sat down and did writing practice or one hour straight. At first, it seemed like it would be very hard to write straight through, but at the end of it, it wasn't that big of a deal. After all, I can easily kill an hour watching TV. Why not use it to practice my writing?
I've been thinking about my sister a lot, and missing her. I hope you're doing well, Brittany!
I'm also moving slowly towards bed. I love leisurely evenings alone.
