Redemption Made Simple

I just called a 1-800 number and heard a recorded voice say:

"Simply call this number when you've earned enough points to redeem, and we'll handle ALL of your redemption needs. Once we've validated that you've reached the necessary redemption level, we'll accommodate all your redemption needs."

You might think this was a religious hotline of some sort, but no, I was on the line with Capital One. So, if anyone's looking for redemption, they've got one-stop shopping for you.
