Merry Christmas

I'm at my mom's house, and in an hour we will drive to my aunt's house for a big family feast. Yesterday, there was a little bit of snow in Houston, and everyone was absolutely delighted with it. My mom even made a tiny snowman outside in the back yard. I'm glad that my family got to have the (albeit small) White Christmas they always hope for.

I haven't gotten to thoroughly read many of my LJ friends' recent posts, but you are all in my heart. For those who celebrate it, and for those who don't but are spending time with loved ones this weekend, I wish you all a very Merry Christmas.

I hope you have a warm and fun visit with all your relations and other important folks. The snow here was wonderful, but only traces of it remain.
