This Morning's Work

I've been desperately searching online for a free knitting pattern for an off-the-shoulder, cowl-neck sweater, much like the sweater featured in the new Victoria's Secret catalogue:



Mind you, I've never knitted a sweater before, so I'm not quite at the skill level of being able to adapt pre-existing patterns. I've found a couple that are pretty close, so I may try those.

I've also been going through my iTunes, compiling songs my Driving 2004 mix tape. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank all of those who have so generously given me mix CDs over the years (you know who you are) because you've added some great new music to my collection that I might not have heard of otherwise.

Also, I've had a mug of warm, homemade chai, and a bowl of Cheerios with Carnation Instant Breakfast and milk.

Also, I love working from home. I can put on clothes or not, as I see fit. And I don't get arrested.

There is a Micheals out by me that used to carry Knitting Patterns. I bet they still do. Paron Fabrics on 40th (8th Ave-7th Ave) also sells patterns. There are a few knitting stores between 23-28th between 7th Ave & 6th Ave. You could also ask Chaffee. She knitts.
