Truly, I am on my way to being able to home-make most of my grocery staples for less money and more satisfaction.
Next: sharp cheddar cheese. Ha!

I once made fresh flour tortillas. I did it without a recipe, and they came out hard and crunchy, but still, they were the best tortillas I ever ate.
