sun_set_bravelyDo you ever get a strange head buzz from having so many things to check? By things to check, I mean multiple email accounts, LJ accounts, IM, etc.
Some days, I think I spend about 50% of my time logging in and out of various accounts. Often, my head spins and if I sit still for a moment, I feel completely unnatural and have the urge to check an email account again. Any one. Doesn't matter.
I need to meditate more often.
