In Love with Monteverde. Ahhgain.
Dec. 4th, 2003 01:04 pmWhile looking through the Fountain Pen Hospital's website for recommendations for
bluesavannah, I came upon this little gem (the Black and White fountain pen, at the top), and now I'm in love again.
This goes on my "after the holidays" wish list for myself.

Update (3:10pm):
Okay, so I've spent more time on the website, and I thought I'd just make a little list where I can find it come January 1st.
*Waterman Ici Et La, Red -- removed 19 October 2004 -- too tiny in real life!
*Waterman Hemisphere, Metallic Green -- removed 12 October 2004 -- too much like my Charleston
*Retro 51 Tornado, Stainless -- removed 12 October 2004 -- eh.
*Monteverde Olympia, Red, and Ivory, and Brown
*Pelikan Souveran 200 Transparent, Green
*Aurora Style, Shiny Gun Metal
(update 5/28/04)
*Pelikan Demonstrator, clear ($99.95)
*Levenger Samba Pen, red or coconut ($69.95) - Finally bought for myself, birthday 2005! Wheeee!!
Heh. A girl can dream, can't she?

Date: 2003-12-04 12:40 pm (UTC)I also have a Pelikan Classic 200, with an extra fine nib -- that was my first good fountain pen, and I still adore it. It's lighter in the hand, but a really pleasing shape against the fingers.
I do not need another pen.

Date: 2003-12-04 12:50 pm (UTC)Of course you don't need another pen, but that's irrelevant. The important question is: do you want another pen? ;)
